Maria Filippov (born June 20, 1973) is a Bulgarian ice skater and European ice skater. She retired from skating in 1992. On Dancing on Ice, she is a professional skater for all of the seasons so far and she has been on the show for all of the show. On Ben and Toad's Contest for season 1, she was partnered with 115-year-old Japanese man Jiroemon Kimura, and they were fired from the show in the finale and earned 26/30 for foxtrot, and the other contestant fired in the finale was actress Melissa Joan Hart.
Ben and Toad's Contest
Although she was on season 1, she will be returning for season 3 to partner another Japanese supercentenarian as a Japanese man and FIlippov said on season 3's filming that supercentenarians will die during the filming. In season 1, she lived in Novate Milanese with her partner Jiroemon Kimura because Trump wants all the couples to live in a city different than their home.
