Lee Seung-Hoon (born March 6, 1988) is a South Korean long track speed skater, who was formerly on short track speed skating until he failed to make it to the national team.

He was a short track speed skater, even though he could not surpass Ahn Hyun-Soo, Lee Ho-Suk or Apolo Anton Ohno.


Along with Joo Hyung-Jun and Kim Cheol-Min, he helped Flag of South Korea.svg South Korea to win a silver medal in the team pursuit in Sochi behind the Flag of the Netherlands.svg Netherlands team.

He qualified for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Despite failing to make it to the short track team, he competed in long track instead. He won the surprise gold medal in the 10000m after gold medal favourite Sven Kramer of the Netherlands was disqualified for finishing in the wrong lane. He won a gold medal in the 5000m.

Lee Seung-Hoon competed on BATC in seasons 4 and 5. In season 5 he was eliminated in week 6.
